Position:           Part-time Housekeeper

Schedule:          3 days per week (9am – 5pm), ideally Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

Location:          Greenwich, CT

Salary:              $40 – 45/hour based on experience

Overview:

Active couple is looking for a Part-time Housekeeper to help maintain their home in Greenwich, CT. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. Needs to be a self-starter with cleaning and laundry experience, help with simple cooking (including grocery shopping and preparation), errands, and overall household organization.

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, loading and unloading dishwasher, trash removal, etc.
• Laundry: Sorting, washing, folding and ironing clothes and linens
• Cooking: Prepare meals as needed (primarily dinner) and help pack lunches
• Errands: Assist with local errands as needed, including grocery shopping, drop off/pick up dry cleaning, etc.
• Misc. Household Tasks: Help with overall household organization and manage vendors who come to the home

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping
• Excellent, stable work history and references
• Must have own car for transportation
