Job Description:            Housekeeper/Family Assistant

Schedule:                       Monday – Friday, 1:30 – 8:30pm with flexibility as needed (35-hour week with 40-hour equivalent pay)

Location:                         Greenwich, CT

Salary:                         $40/hour

Existing Staff:               Housekeeper & Houseman

Overview:

A private family of 5 is seeking a bright, seasoned, and energetic Housekeeper/Family Assistant to help manage their household and assist with their three children (ages 9, 13 & 15). Candidates must be reliable, organized, have previous residential experience, and have a safe driving record.

Duties:

·      Cleaning and laundry as needed to complement Housekeeper & Houseman

·      Driving: Drive children to activities, appointments, etc. (car will be provided)

·      Run miscellaneous errands

·      Pet care (2 dogs & 1 cat): Help with food/water, let out as needed, etc.

·      Cooking is a plus; able to prepare simple, family-style cooking if needed (dinner & snacks)

Requirements:

·      Honest, discreet, and completely trustworthy

·      Proactive, efficient, and well-organized

·      Willingness to help as needed as part of the household staffing team

·      Clear communicator

·      Clean driving record
