Position:            Live-out Housekeeper

Schedule:          Full-time, 10am – 6pm or 11am – 7pm

                            Wednesday – Sunday during summer months (Memorial Day – Mid-Sept.)

                            Tuesday – Saturday during rest of year (Mid-Sept. – Memorial Day)

Location:           Wilton, CT

Salary:              $40 – 45/hour

Current Staff:   House Manager and Chef

Overview:

Active couple is looking for a diligent Full-time Housekeeper to help maintain their Wilton, CT home. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. Needs to be a self-starter with excellent systematic cleaning and laundry experience.

Responsibilities:

·      Housekeeping: Responsible for full-charge housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting, as appropriate, all floors and household surfaces. Particular attention to kitchen, and bathrooms.

·      Laundry: General laundry and ironing, including washing, folding and putting away clothes, changing sheets on bed daily, replacing bathroom towels, etc.

·      Errands: Help with miscellaneous errands as needed, including grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, etc.

·      Overall home organization

Requirements:

·      5+ years of experience working in a highly-organized home

·      Ability to work well as a team with current House Manager and Chef

·      Honest, discreet and trustworthy

·      Professional, keen eye for detail, and proactive

·      Non-smoker
