Placement & Operations Manager
Robin plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of CRIMMINS Private Estate Placement, leading client searches and managing the internal processes that keep the firm running smoothly. Robin joined the firm in February 2024.
Her work spans placement and operations in equal measure. On the search side, Robin works closely with clients and candidates across a range of roles, ensuring a well-organized, transparent, and thoughtfully managed process. Behind the scenes, she develops and maintains the systems that keep everything on track, from coordinating workflows to driving initiatives across marketing, communications, and firm operations.
Robin brings a strong background in nonprofit operations, with expertise in donor engagement, training, and development. She is known for her ability to manage competing priorities with clarity and consistency.

Robin, a native New Yorker, has called Connecticut home for the past 20 years. Outside of work, she stays busy with daily walks, Broadway musicals, trying new restaurants, and, more recently, learning to play mahjong.
