Kevin Hall brings a rare perspective to CRIMMINS, Private Estate Placement, shaped by more than three decades working within private households before transitioning into placement. He joined the firm in 2013, at its founding, and leads searches across Florida, nationally, and internationally.
Before moving into placement, Kevin served as Chief of Staff and Estate Manager for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals for over 30 years. This firsthand experience gives him a deep understanding of the roles he places and the expectations that come with them. He approaches each search with the insight of someone who has lived the work himself.
Earlier in his career, Kevin served for eight years in the Royal Air Force, with time in Saudi Arabia and Sardinia, followed by civilian work in Saudi Arabia. The structure, discipline, and global perspective from those years continue to inform his approach today.
Kevin is also the founder of British Society Staffing, which operates as the Florida arm of CRIMMINS, extending the firm’s reach and network internationally.

Kevin lives in Florida with his wife, Bodil. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, food and wine, and traveling, particularly cruising.
