Charlie is a Senior Partner at CRIMMINS, Private Estate Placement, working closely with clients to understand how their homes and family offices operate day to day and leading searches that align with that reality.
Charlie comes from a working-class background. His grandfather was an artisan stone mason, and Charlie began his own career following that same path, working in the trades before becoming a licensed electrician and helping to supervise large-scale construction projects. That foundation shaped a practical, detail-oriented approach and a clear understanding of how environments function day to day.
He later moved into general management roles across media and interactive companies, including with a Fortune 500 media organization. During that time, he developed a strong focus on marketing, positioning, and strategy, learning from leading advisors and applying those principles in real business settings.
That combination of hands-on experience and strategic thinking defines how Charlie works today. He listens closely, asks direct questions, and focuses on understanding the people, expectations, and the dynamics behind each role. From there, he builds a search that is aligned from the outset and designed for long-term success.
