Ashley Shilleh is currently the Senior Administrative Assistant at Crimmins Residential Staffing. A proud graduate of Colgate University, Ashley was inspired to pursue a career in recruiting after working in hospitality, finance, fashion, and law. Ashley realized that connecting with and helping people regularly was what made her happy.

Before working at Crimmins, Ashley was the Communications Director at Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT, where her primary responsibility was to lead the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies and programs. Ashley oversaw Club Communications and ensured they represented the Club’s culture and brand.

Ashley is married to Michael, and together they are parents to twin baby boys, Roman and Leo, born in February 2024. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, walking their two Labrador Retrievers, Michaela and Charley, and cooking fun family meals!
